Dr. Ross is truly an amazing provider. I can’t thank her and her staff enough for helping me through my fertility journey. Dr. Ross is knowledgeable, kind, patient, gentle, and receptive of all of her patients. She takes her time to listen to all questions and concerns. This is the first provider I have had who personally calls all of her patients and answers emails within a timely manner. Dr. Ross is truly one of a kind and I could not recommend her more.

Highly recommended. Dr. Ross is an excellent communicator—she knows the science, she knows health insurance, and she knows how to make both comprehensible to ordinary people. She struck a really good balance between providing us with choices and making recommendations based on her expertise. And she emails if she gets more information about something after your appointment. We didn’t have super complicated case (probably average), but she did a great job with our treatment.

To my Genesis family: My husband and I got married back in 2019, and one thing we looked forward to was expanding out family. We tried for four years and decided it was time to see someone. Although I have a daughter I was having a hard time conceiving. I was referred to Genesis Fertility and thats when our lives changed for the better. Dr. Ross helped us achieve what we always wanted and today we get to share our joy with others. One thing I know and learned is to never give up hope, by Gods grace and treatment we welcomed our baby boy into our lives in February, 2024. She's amazing. Dr Ross made my husband and I feel very comfortable and very informed every step of the way. We were given all our options and reasons why we'd choose 1 over another while leaving the decision completely to us. She was extremely patient answering all our many questions with every visit.
